We were a party of 5 for lunch. We had hoped for the salad bar but they have not brought that back post Covid. That's a disappointment. Our party got a mix of salads and breakfast foods, along with a cup of cream of broccoli soup, which looked delicious! So did the veggie omelet. I had the tostada salad. Overall, I really liked the salad. What made it stand out was that the onions and green peppers were grilled, not just diced and thrown in the salad. What I did not like was the texture of the ground beef. Some of it was hard to chew and almost gristly. So I kind of picked that out and ate the rest of it. I would try it again with chicken. It's also given me the idea to add grilled onions, peppers and jalapenos when I next make taco salad at home.
